This work, Storm Clearing Wattle Flat relates to Weather Clearing at Awazu in Hiroshige's series. The storm has past, the rain is clearing leaving a low fog which obscures the old volcanic mountain. Blue plastic caught on a barbed wire fence has been shredded by the wind. Nature does her best, but the rubbish left by humans blows around the lanscape.
